Amends several sections, inter alia, ss. 13(3) (list of situations where job seeker applying for unemployment benefits is not obliged to accept a job), 13a (obligation for job seeker receiving benefits to apply for jobs), 39(1) (reduction of unemployment benefits in cases where a job seeker does not reasonably comply with prescribed job seeking activities), and 41(2) (termination of benefits in the same case as above, but due to more important reasons).
