Abstract/Citation: Amends Chapter 6 of Part 3, and Parts 6, 11, 13 and 33 of the Social Security Law of 1977. The word "disabled persons" is defined as men or women of less than 65 years, who are unable to work and need to be medically assessed. It also specifies categories of people who are entitled to monthly allowances (orphans, divorced, older, and disabled persons).
