Abstract/Citation: Provides for the compensation to workers and their dependants in respect of injuries suffered by workers arising out of or in the course of their employment. Establishes an Office for Workers' Compensation and a Workers' Compensation Fund. Regulates claims, right to compensation, amount of compensation, payment of compensation, and some related matters. Repeals the Workers' Compensation Act 1958 as amended.
