Second Region

Establishes centres for professional training with the objective of developing Egypt's human resources and to enhance access to work for persons who have been deprived of a basic education. It is based on Act No. 47 of 1978 governing civil servants in the public sector and Act No. 153 of 1999 regulating the practice of national associations and institutions.
