Second Region

Adds two parts to Chapter No. 7 of the executive summary of the Law, thus introducing "organisational principles regulating the interaction between insurance companies" (s. 4) as well as "the protection of the rights of the insured" (s. 5). The last amendment establishes a legal deadline of 10 days following an incident during which the insured shall inform the insurance company and ask for compensation.
