Abstract/Citation: Makes regulations concerning the working conditions of motor industry employees. Provides for the grading of both workshop and commercial employees. Establishes the minimum wages for each grade of employee. Regulates deductions. Provides for accomodation allowances, sickness benefits, and the termination of contracts. Sets restrictions on the employment of juniors and on the hours during which female employees may work (between 10:00 and 17:00). Provides for the provision of protective clothing and uniforms at the expense of the employer. Governs the weeky payment of wages, hours of work, arrangement of working time, rest periods, overtime, paid annual leave and unpaid leave of bot workshop and commercial employees.
