Abstract/Citation: Consolidates the laws relating to the liability of occupiers and others for injury or damage resulting to persons or goods lawfully on any land or other property due to the state of the property or to things done or omitted to be done there. Includes regulations on the extent of an occupier's ordinary duty, the effect of a contract on an occupier's liability to a third party, an occupier's duty to contractual visitors and a landlord's obligation to repair.
