Abstract/Citation: Aims at better securing uninterrupted water supply and light for use by the community and at avoiding dangers to human life and to property. Provides that a breach of contract by persons employed to supply water or light (gas and electricity) is a punishable offence. Establishes that a breach of contract involving injury to persons or property is a punishable offence. Sets the penalties for these offences
