Requires employers to register crew on fishing boats and to provide them with insurance, rescue and safety equipment, and relevant training. Sets forth the specific responsibilities of a fishing vessel captain in the case of a storm. Crew members must be 18 years of age or older (s. 8). Chapter III provides for the state management of fishery activities.
