Abstract/Citation: Provides for the establishment of a Competition Commission responsible for investigating, controlling, and evaluating restrictive trade practices, abuses of dominant market positions, and mergers. Also establishes a Competition Tribunal which shall adjudicate such matters. Repeals the Maintenance and Promotion of Competition Act, 1979.
