Abstract/Citation: Allows insured persons who did not wish to include periods of special leave without pay in their periods of insurance contribution, in accordance with Order No. 24 of 1988, to do so by 31 December 1998 in order to receive old age, disability and death benefit. The contributor to the insurance scheme shall pay the said period in one sum within a time limit of one month following the month in which he or she expressed the desire to add these periods. If the time limit is passed without payment of the said contributions, the amounts to be paid shall be governed by sections 14 and 16 of Order No. 24 of 1988. Also provides for cases when the insured person paid the requested amounts of money for these periods of special leave without pay prior to this Order.
