|Abstract/Citation:||The Act is to be repealed on the commencement of sec 25 (b) of the Co-operatives (Adoption of National Law) Act 2012 No 29.
Amends the Co-operatives Act 1992 to provide a national scheme for the regulation of co-operatives with respect to interstate operations, fund raising, mergers, and related matters.
