Abstract/Citation
Implements provisions of EC Council Directives 88/364/EC and 90/394/EC. Contains 40 sections covering, inter alia, scope of application (description of substances, exceptions), general provisions (obligation to use less dangerous substances, handbook concerning dangerous substances, obligation to inform those concerned in case of anomaly, disposal of waste, protection means), assessment of occupational safety, special safety rules, rules on use of dangerous substances and procedural rules. The Notification further contains 5 annexes including a listing of substances concerned.
