Abstract/Citation: Provides that pensions to be paid before 01.07.1997 shall be increased by 10 per cent as from that date, in accordance with the following laws: Act No. 71 of 1964 on granting exceptional pensions and awards; Social Security Act promulgated by Act No. 79 of 1975 as amended by Act No. 93 of 1980; Social Security Act for employers and their like, promulgated by Act No. 108 of 1976; Social Security Act for Egyptian Workers working outside Egypt, promulgated by Act No. 50 of 1978. This increase shall be considered as part of the pension.
