Chapter I: General provisions (basic rights and obligations of the employee and the employer, prohibition of any discrimination in labour relations and of forced labour)

Chapter IV: Labour contract (The labour contract can be concluded for an undetermined period or a determined period for the performance of a specific work or for a seasonal period.
