Abstract/Citation: Modifies provisions relating to the right of employees to establish a trade union within an enterprise and to the settlement of labour disputes by means of arbitration and conciliation. Amends Section 76 of the Labour Code dealing with the obligation to have a written contract and the right of the worker to contest it within a period of 30 days. Also modifies provisions concerning hours of work, rest and leave.
