Abstract/Citation: Establishes an Independent Electoral Commission and abolishes the Constituency Delimination Commission and the office of the Chief Electoral Officer. Reduces the prescribed age limit for a person to qualify to be registered as an elector to the National Assembly from 21 years to 18.
