Abstract/Citation
Provides for creation, organization, legal status and end of activity of associations, as well as registration and end of activity of foreign associations. This act does not concern trade unions and employers' associations (except for Section 38, paras. 4 and 5 on properties of associations that are the legal successors of the former associated-labour organizations, and Section 41 on trade unions and employers' associations registered as social organizations that must register as associations).
