Abstract/Citation: Provides for safe operation of machines. Deals with the rights and obligations of employers and workers with regard to the requirements of safe labour practice. Establishes the obligation to report and record occupational accidents and diseases. Regulates the method of occupational safety interest representation, as well as the supervision by the labour safety authority. Specific provisions relating to occupational accidents taking place abroad or to apprentices.
