Abstract/Citation: Amends the Workmen's Compensation Act (LS 1941 - SA 2... 1956 - SA 3A) by providing for increases in monthly pension (by 25 per cent in the case of some accidents), higher amounts payable in case of disablement or death, etc. Entry into force 1 Oct. 1987 (Proclamation No. R. 130, Government Gazette, 1987-09-18, Vol. 267, No. 10907, p. 1).
