Abstract/Citation: Permits the Board of Management of the Association to designate an area as a District and appoint in such a District a Community Development Council. The Council shall plan and develop community and infrastructure projects, administer social assistance schemes, and work with social workers and voluntary groups to assist the disabled and other disadvantaged persons. Made under the People's Association Act.
