Abstract/Citation: The authority of this regulation arises from Act. No. 117 of 1993 on national insurance. It contains provisions regarding work for the disabled. The State Social Security Institution has the authority to make employment contracts with employers in order to provide work for the disabled. The SSSI pays a certain amount of the worker's wages.
