Amends a series of Acts, including (1) the Education and Training Act 1979 to insert new definitions and provide for the establishment of schools of industry and reform schools, inter alia, and (2) the Technikons (Education and Training) Act 1981, so as to provide for post-school education at Technikons. Entry into force of several sections: 1 May 1988 (Government Notice No. 87, Government Gazette, 1988-05-27, Vol. 275, No. 11317, p. 3).
