Abstract/Citation: To grant all the civil servants a special monthly allowance of 10 per cent of the basic wage on 1996-06-30 or on the date of appointment for those who are appointed after that date. This allowance shall not be considered as part of the worker's basic wage and shall not be subject to any taxes or fees. Article 2 of the Act defines civil servants and Article 3 provides for the means of payment.
