Abstract/Citation: Regulates conditions of employment for workers, contract workers, and casual employees employed by the Masvingo Municipal Undertaking. Covers probationary period, medical examination, hours of work, shift work, wages, sick leave, maternity leave, paid leave. Also contains special provisions concerning protective equipment and work breaks for women who are breastfeeding infants.
