Abstract/Citation: Provides comprehensive regulations on mining operations, including safety requirements. Before each work shift, the mine shall be inspected by a competent person (s. 3). Machinery, elevators and similar equipment shall be inspected at regular intervals as well. Made under Mines, Borings and Quarries Act.
