Abstract/Citation: Both States agree to strengthen cooperation in the field of labour and employment, use of labour resources and regulation of labour migration. Makes provision for the signing of individual agreements to regulate the processes of migration of citizens and migration of work force, and to offer social guarantees to citizens and members of their families when residing in the other State's territory (Art. 11).
