Abstract/Citation
Provides regulations governing the movement, transfer, storage and handling of dangerous cargoes, as well as bunker, ballast and tank cleaning operations on ships and marine terminals. Sections 74 and 75 require marine terminal operators to maintain fire and pollution control equipment and resources. Ships belonging to the navy may be exempt from the regulations (s. 97).
