||Data can only be collected and stored in particular circumstances pursuant to the right of self-determination regarding information. In the labour law sector the employer has the right to store only data which are related to employment, such as information on age, education, vocational training and employee evaluations. In the case of wrongful storage, the employer is liable for damages irrespective of fault.
