Second Region

This Order amends section 14 of Ministerial Order No. 106 of 1994 to provide that employers are responsible for their workers and that no worker may transfer to another employer within the first two years of his employment except in the event of bankruptcy, merger, etc, or against payment of the prescribed tax.
