Abstract/Citation: Provides for the rules and regulations relative to the obtention or cancellation of work permits for migrant workers (including self-employed professionals, business associates, etc); the responsibility of employers for workers who have been permitted to work for them; the cancellation of work permits in the event of a breach of contract or disciplinary dismissal (in both cases the worker is to be banned from getting a new permit for two years); the repatriation of the worker at the expense of the employer upon the termination of contract except when the worker has sought a transfer to another employer, or if the worker's work permit has been cancelled, etc.; the responsibility of the employers to inform the constructors for whom they are carrying out projects of the number of workers they wish to recruit.
