Establishes rules for the delivery of permits necessary for the placement of Russian workers abroad. The permits are delivered by the Russian Federal Service for migrations which controls their use and suits the offenders. Repealed by Regulations on permits granted to activities related with job placement of citizens of the Russian Federation abroad.
