Second Region

This Law will enter into force on the date that it is signed. Para. 2 of Article 17 - on the beginning of the 1993-94 Academic Year. Paras. 2 and 3 of Art. 19 - later after the adoption of pertinent legislation. Para. 1 of Art. 39, Art. 41, para. 2 of Art. 42- upon the adoption of the State Programme on Educational Development.
