Annexed is a temporary regulation adopted by a tripartite committee in charge of social and labour relations. The regulations aims at ensuring a material basis to workers in difficult situation due to the deterioration of the financial situation of enterprises for objective reasons independant of their management in order to prevent dismissals. Other provisions fix in detail the control performed by the employment services.
