Abstract/Citation
The membership of District Assemblies shall consist of the District Chief Executive, one elected person from the District, the member or members of Parliament from the constituencies falling within the area of authority of the Assembly, and other members (not exceeding 30) of the Assembly appointed by the President in consultation with traditional authorities and other interested groups in the District.
