Second Region

This Ordinance, incorporating all changes through 1979, prohibits the issuance and use of "Tundus" (a written acceptance by a new employer to assume libility for travel expenses formerly imposed on Indian labourers. Such an acceptance used to be a precondition for a change of employment). Criminally sanctions the issuance or use of "Tundus".
