Abstract/Citation: |
Should a pension fund member, who has the right to take maternity leave under the Act No. 97 of 1980, decide to leave her/his former job, the fund shall be obliged to grant the member continued membership on the same basis for up to 7 years, provided the member undertakes to pay the part of the contribution payable by the employer as well. Such member shall have rights equal to those of other members, inter alia, concerning loans. |
