| Abstract/Citation: | Wages and other working terms agreed between social partners shall be considered minimum terms for all workers in the relevant occupation. Contracts on worse terms shall be void. All workers and those who run businesses or private enterprises shall be members of the pension fund in the field of activity in question. Provisions respecting contributions of workers and employers. All employers shall be obliged to pay to the sickness benefit fund and holiday allowance fund of the relevant labour union. |
