Second Region

Divided into two categories: payments to members of pension funds and payments of benefits in general. All elderly persons shall receive retirement benefits from the age of 70 if they have retired. A person who has reached the age of 75 shall receive benefits regardless of continuing work. Chapter III has general provisions on retirement benefits, disability benefits and survivor's benefits. Repeals Act No. 63 of 1971 with the same title.
