Second Region

The first chapter contains provisions on the administration and investment of assets. Members of the Fund are self-employed persons and all workers who are not members of other recognized funds. If a person becomes a member of another pension fund or an insurance company's fund, the General Pension Fund shall reimburse his contributions on the condition that he pays the contribution to the new fund. The main rule concerning foreign citizens is that they have the right to the reimbursement of their own contribution (4 percent) when leaving the country.
