Abstract/Citation: Provides for rules on the investment of the fund's assets and on workers' contributions. The main provisions concern disability. Each member of the fund who has paid his contribution for at least 3 and a half years has the right to compensation if the disability is 35 per cent or more. The amount cannot exceed the amount of wages that the worker had before the accident that led to his invalidity. In the case of death of a member, the Act stipulates which persons close to the member can become beneficiaries.
