| Abstract/Citation: | The aim of this Act is to ensure equality and living conditions for disabled persons that are comparable with those of other citizens (choice of residence, employment, access to transport and transport services, etc.). The Minister of Social Affairs is in charge of matters concerning disabled persons. |
