A Law to provide old age, invalidity and death insurance (Chapter 1) to permanent and temporary employees and workers in the service of Government authorities and the public sector, permanent employees and workers in the private sector; employment injury insurance (Chapter 2) to employed persons in Government, public and private sectors and members of productive cooperative societies, (temporary and casual workers in agriculture, employers, self-employed, artisans and domestic servants are excluded); sickness and maternity insurance (Chapter 3) to employees in Government, public and private sectors and members of productive cooperative societies (pensioners and widows are covered voluntarily, while employers and self employed, temporary and casual workers in agriculture, domestic servants and small artisans are excluded); unemployment insurance (Chapter 4) to employed persons in public and private sectors and members of productive cooperative societies, (Government employees, temporary and casual workers, family labor and workers over 60, employers and self employed, artisans and domestic servants are excluded); and welfare to pensioners (Chapter 5).
