Second Region

Provides for the establishment of an employment market training fund. The objectives of the fund are: (1) through contributions from employers and workers to provide for employment market training and, (2) through contribution from workers to cover expenses for the carrying through of the amendment of the Act respecting offers of employment to unemployed persons. The Fund is administered by the Minister of Labour.
