Second Region

Contains provisions about human rights and fundamental freedoms such as the inviolability of the person, the right to own property. Lays down a list of political rights including the right to vote and the right to information. Contains some provisions about the rights of national and ethnic minorities including the right to education in their language. Grants the right to associate freely with other for the protection of his or her economic and social interest, the right to strike. Employees are entitled to fair remuneration for work and to satisfactory working conditions. Provides the right to legal assistance in proceedings held before courts.
