Provides for rules in respect of membership of Radiation Protection Board, functions and meeting of the board, committees of the board, control and use of radiation sources, application of ionizing radiation to person, notification of sale of irradiating device or radioactive material, exemptions, application for and issue of licence, duties of licensees, radiation safety officer, chief radiation protection officer, power of radiation protection officer, appeals, offences and penalties. Made under the Atomic Energy Commission Act, 1963.
