Provides for definitions of "Constitutional Court" and "reference", procedure for making a reference to the Constitutional Court, notice to the Attorney-General, hearing of persons without notice, and evidentiary matters. Repeals the Constitutional Cases (Fundamental Rights and Freedoms) Rules. Made under the Judicature Act, 1967.
