Abstract/Citation: Provides for additional time for the Chief Electoral Officer to process absent electors' ballots, clarifies that the presiding officer for absent electors does not have to issue a ballot paper to an absent elector immediatly after accepting that elector's application, and allows for the Appropriate Executive Authority to postpone an election while not specifying a date for the election at that stage.
