Second Region

Dissolves the Consultative Assembly and repeals the following enactments: the Consultative Assembly Act (No. 253 of 1991); the Consultative Assembly (Amendment) Act (No. 273 of 1992); the Consultative Assembly (Commencement of Proceedings) Act (No. 261 of 1991); the Committee of Experts (Constitution) Act (No. 252 of 1991); the Committee of Experts (Constitution) (Amendment) Act (No. 258 of 1991). This Act is made pursuant to the Provisional National Defence Council (Establishment) Proclamation, 1981.
