Second Region

Provides for, inter alia, notice of election, nomination of candidates, withdrawal of candidature, provision of polling station, presiding officers and polling assistants, number of votes and place of voting, voting procedure, results of elections and declaration and publication of results of contested elections. These Regulations are made under the Interim National Electoral Commission Law, 1991.
